Recreational Programs
Our recreational programs are designed with simple fundamental goals: coordination, flexibility, strength, confidence, and most importantly FUN! All of these are required for any sports and an active lifestyle.
About Our Classes
Our Recreational Programs are primarily divided into the categories of Gymnastics, Ninja, and Specialty which includes Cheer, Tumbling & Acro, and Flexibility & Strength. Classes are offered based upon age and skill level. We offer beginner through advanced training for most recreational programs for those who want to learn the sport or continue in the sport without competing. Classes are on-going all year long. We have Student Showcases at the end of the Fall and Spring semesters to highlight our recreational gymnasts for their family and friends and celebrate their accomplishments! Check back for new programs and classes coming soon as our gym continues to grow and change
